INTERMEDIATE SLOW-FLOW SPINS

You will learn 3 spins per class, and then string them together for some flowy combos. We will focus on form, control, transitions and fluidity.

FLOORWORK WITH MELANIE

Get off the pole and on the floor! In Floorwork we will work on different rolls, stands, and fun bendy shapes! If you want to add to your list of off-the-pole tricks, this class is for you! All levels welcome.

BEGINNER CHOREO

This class will focus on the dance in pole dance!  This can be your first class or your 30th.  It will focus on individual movements common in pole dance choreography.  We will string the movements together to create fluid sequences.  Drop-in or come monthly to learn a whole choreography.  No prior dance experience necessary.

INTRO TO LOW-FLOW

Learn the basics of low-flow pole and pole dance!
Suitable for beginners to pole or beginners to low-flow.

LEVEL 2/3 POLE

In this class we will begin learning advanced moves like handspring and ayesha. You must be confident in your invert and have a solid inside and outside leg hang.

LEVEL 2 POLE

In this class we will learn intermediate moves & combinations and start learning basic inverted moves. Instructor permission required. Send us a message if you aren't sure what level you are!

LEVEL 1 POLE

Have you taken a few intro to pole classes? Can you do a pole sit, plank, and a front hook spin? If so, this class is for you!

INTRO TO POLE

Learn the basics, and why pole is great for the body, mind, and soul! This class will focus on the fundamentals - beginner spins, tricks and transitions, in easy to follow steps.
