POLICIES

Cancellations:
Classes may be canceled or rebooked by members up to 24 hours before the start of the class.  As a default, members will be given credit for classes canceled 24 hours ahead of class start time. Bookings canceled less than 24 hours before your scheduled class time will not be credited except in emergencies. CCPF instructors reserve the right to cancel classes at any time in the event of unforeseen circumstances. Credit or refunds will always be issued in these cases. Please give up to 24 hours for credit to be visible on your account. If you would like a refund instead of credit, please email us.  You can schedule, cancel, or rebook your classes through the web portal you signed up on.
